Erika Ratilainen rejoined Amrop as a Research Consultant in March 2011. She has several years of experience as a Research Professional. She has previously worked for Open Management HR Oy as a Researcher and at Pöyry Forest Industy Oy as an HR Specialist. Before that she worked for Alfred Berg Finland Oyj as Assistant Controller.
Erika has worked with many industries such as finance, real estate, FMCG, manufacturing, retail and health care.
Erika holds a degree in M.Sc. (Econ) from Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration.
She is fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English
