Jaana has been working in Executive Search since 1998.
She has clients in various business sectors, e.g. in FMCG, Wholesale and Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy, Building Industries, Investment Products, Real Estate Investing as well as Banking and Insurance. She has conducted also numerous amount of CFO- and CLO-searches in different businesses.
Due to her earlier ten years’ working experience in the financial sector and several years’ of experience in publishing Jaana has a profound understanding of both sectors.
Jaana has also worked for several unions and associations and has a good understanding of how they operate.
Jaana has got her education in the faculty of law in the University of Helsinki and besides her mother tongue, Finnish, she speaks Swedish and English.
Jaana has a WOPI-certificate for personality assessments and she is a member in the Finnish Coaching Association.
