Robert has worked within executive search since 1996. Before joining Amrop Finland as managing partner he worked for a leading Finnish human resource consultancy company for six years as a partner. He has concluded several top management assignments for positions both in Finland and abroad and has very broad knowledge of different industries, especially within finance, trade, media and ICT.
Robert has vast experience in sales, marketing and communications working for IBM during the years 1978-95 in various executive positions. He has worked abroad twice on international assignments, four years in Paris and two years in Stockholm. He has also been responsible of the business area in the Baltic countries.
Robert has a B.Sc. (Econ.) in marketing from the Helsinki Swedish School of Economics.
